The location was absolutely incredible, right in the heart of the town center! We could easily walk to restaurants, the market, and the beach. The view of the Pyrenees from our window was stunning, especially while dining at a picturesque restaurant. The staff at all the restaurants were friendly and the food was delicious. The markets offered fresh produce and the hotel staff were accommodating and friendly. The one-bedroomed apartment had great facilities for a longer stay. We loved being able to cater our own breakfast with the boulangerie just a few yards away. Despite the rain, Bidart was a charming town with fantastic beaches. The staff at the hotel were attentive and helpful. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer in this quaint town!

They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The shower doesn't have a curtain, so water spills onto the floor, making it a bit inconvenient to clean up after each shower.

As an overnight stay, this hotel was quick and easy to find off the main road to Spain from the UK. The room was excellent and the greeting warm. The secure parking under the hotel was a great benefit, with no anxiety about bags in the car. The hotel also had zero stairs from the entrance, making it easily accessible. The staff transformed the hotel into a cozy holiday chalet and breakfast featured delicious gâteau basque cerise and brebis cheese. The location was very central in the town with a variety of restaurants nearby.
